Fire destroys Belle Vue flat

A BLAZE totally gutted a Belle Vue flat last night.
Crews from Wakefield fire station were called to the fire on Clarion Street just before 8pm last night (Saturday).

The first floor flat was well alight when the crews got there and the home was completely destroyed.

No one was in the property at the time.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
